By purchasing or using any product from Sky EV Bikes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All product details, prices, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Images used in promotions are for illustration only and may slightly differ from the actual product. Sky EV reserves the right to make updates or improvements to its products at any time.

All orders will be processed only after receiving full or agreed advance payment. Prices mentioned include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The standard delivery time is 10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery location. Delays caused by transport issues, weather, or other unforeseen events are not the responsibility of Sky EV. Customers are requested to check their product upon delivery.

All Sky EV bikes come with a limited warranty on the motor and battery as specified at the time of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the product is used normally and not tampered with or modified. Damages due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty. Customers must follow regular servicing and maintenance schedules to ensure performance and warranty validity.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by the Sky EV team and may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account. Sky EV is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by careless or improper use of the vehicle. The rider is responsible for following all traffic and safety regulations.

Sky EV’s liability in any situation will be limited to the amount paid for the product. The company will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts where Sky EV operates.
